The Heritage Center celebrated our employees during our Q3 Employee Recognition Event. Each quarter we come together to recognize both nursing and non-nursing Outstanding Performers and Rookies of the Quarter. Winners are nominated by their peers and the leadership team and receive a bonus on their check.
From nursing, our outstanding performer was Shannon P., and our Rookie of the Quarter was Teanna Justiniano.
From our non-nursing departments, our Outstanding Performer was Amy H. from therapy, and our Rookie of the Quarter was Sherry L. from Transportation.
Our staff were invited to enjoy nachos, games, and we raffled off prizes as well. We’re so thankful for all our teams do and hope they had a great afternoon celebrating their hard work!
