We deeply value each and every one of our employees and their role at Holiday Health Care, recognizing that each employee is an integral part of the Holiday Health Care Team. The nature of our service requires that we staff operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We operate 3 traditional shifts at 8 hours per shift.
