- 6 levels
- Moderate to maximum assistance with one staff member
- Medication monitoring/administration program

- Status checks/visits up to every 2 hours round-the-clock
- Escort to and from dining room/activities
- Bed making and linen changes
- Laundry, dishes, and trash removal
- Medication monitoring program
- Pharmacy medication management program
- 3 meals per day (2 meals on Sundays and holidays): chef-prepared and award-winning
- Tray delivery upon request
